What is your translation process?
Once you get in touch and have discussed and confirmed you are happy to proceed with the translation we allocate one of our in-house project manager. The project manager is responsible for selecting an appropriate translator from our database, briefing the translator and ensuring the entire process is successful. Once the translation has been completed it will then be sent over to a second translator for proofreading if you have selected at a further cost. The documents are then returned to us to be verified by the project manager before the final translation is sent back to you, the client. Finally, you will be invoiced.
